Help us to go green
ASDA's going green in a scheme to enable our customers to reduce the number of carrier bags they use through re-use of Bags for Life and offer the facility to recycle carrier bags in all our stores.
We've pledged as a business to send zero waste to landfill by 2010 which we are well in the process of delivering. However, we want to do more by making it easier for our customers to reduce their carrier bag usage (which is currently 2.2 billion each year) by 15%, this will help reduce the billions of bags we send to landfill.

For all of our ASDA.com Home Shopping customers, you can help us to go green too. Simply put all your unwanted bags in one carrier and hand it back to the driver next time we deliver.
